Appearance: Noor has a thin, lanky body type, and not much of a muscular build. Genetic altering has left him with heterochromia, his left eye being green and the right a royal blue. His eyelashes are long, giving his face a bit of a feminine look in contrast to his masculine jawline. His hair grows in two different colors, the majority of the front black and the rest brown. He has many scars on his body which are usually covered up by his clothing, no matter what the season is.

Personality: Noor's personality is somewhat similar to his outer appearance. He is usually a very gentle and relaxed person, and is somewhat feminine. He's very quiet, but never misses the opportunity to make a smart remark when the situation calls for that. While he is soft spoken, Noor isn't one to allow himself to be picked on or put down in any way. He never hesitates to give criticism where it's due. Although he lacks muscle mass, he packs a punch and is very much a fighter when needed. Pain and getting bloody is nothing to him. His voice is very monotone which usually softens the blow of some of the harsh word he might say. He's very hard to crack and rarely ever talks about his feelings or expresses any emotion other than neutrality. Surprisingly enough though, he enjoys adventures and is very open to trying new things. He can often be found roaming the streets during the night, usually up to no good. The boy often turns to senseless petty theft in order to gain a thrill, not caring much of what the results will be. According to Donathan, Noor is the type of person that will always do however he pleases regardless of what he's told to do. He's a night person, and can be vicious when in a bad mood.

Past: After the death of his parents when he was a newborn, Noor found himself in and out of foster homes until he was taken in by a man Kohta at the age of 13. Noor was pampered and taken care of by the male and his servants in exchange for what seemed to be simple tests. Gradually, he found his body changing due to the tests being performed on him in labs, some of them much more painful than others, but despite this, he rarely ever objected to them.
After 6 years or so, the testing came to an abrupt end when the man known as Kohta was slain by a group of subjects led by one of Kohta's closest acquaintance, a doctor by the name of Donathan. With no where to go and no one to take care of him anymore, Noor turned to Donathan, the man responsible for the death of his 'caretaker', for care and shelter.
Present: Since Kohta's death, Noor has lived in Donathan's studio apartment, completely reliant on the man. His social skills have developed to a decent level, but he is not good enough at communicating with people properly to get a job yet.
