Willow hung back to the castle's courtyard, standing in the shade of an oak tree. She wanted to help her new friend, but didnt know how. The only information she had on dragons was how to kill them, and that wouldn't solve anything here... Tentatively, she made her way over the grass, the dry blades cracking user her bare feet. She pushed the door open to the foyer, the architecture stealing her breath. Did Gabriel live here? Willow ran a hand along the smooth marble, wondering what he was going through from being here. Off somewhere in the house she heard a rustling, as if somethin huge were stirring. "Gabriel?" She called out.

"Gabriel!" She shouted out more urgently. "Hold on!" She raced up the stairs, using a wind spell to open the doors. "Gabriel can you hear me?!" She sprinted down the halls and up stairs, frantically looking through the rooms

Willow quickly put up the strongest ward she knew over Gabriel before using a gravity spell on the dragon-folk, pinning them to te ground. She ran to his side, helping him off the wall. "...Gabriel? Can you hear me?" She tilted his face up to her.

Willow shouldered Gabriel, casting yet another spell to make his lighter. She silently thanks her Lord and Lady for magick before starting out of the room. Her gravity spell was lost once she made it back to the foyer, the dragon-folk roared with rage. Cursing, she picked up speed, hoping to just get them outside to cast a teleportation spell. No such luck as Gabriel was suddenly lulled from her arms an thrown against te wall. "No!" The dragon-folk had caught up to them quicker than Willow had expected. One spun around, catching Wilow's jaw with its tail. "Basum yahulnda safrhall!" She shouted, making a symbol in the air with her hands. A giant black bird form from the gathered shadows an swooped at her enemies, causing temporary blindness. With a screech, it turned towards Willow, who jumped into its back and then steered it towards Gabriel. The shadow bird had no problem with the two of them as Willow steered them out if a whole in the roof. "Hold on, Gabriel. We're almost there..." She held him close to her so he wouldn't fall. When they were outside Willow summoned a portal and the three barbell made it through before the dragon-folk could follow.

Willow landed at the base of a mountain range, giving them plenty of cover from the thick pine trees. She petted the bird's neck gratefully and it dissolved, laying Gabriel down by the stream. Willow set to work healing his many cuts and bruises, but she was running out of energy for her spells. "You'll be alright... You'll be alright..." She murmured over and over as she worked. The sun had set when she finally finished, and Gabriel looking a lot better than when they landed. She prayed he'd wake soon, until then she began to set up camp.
